Lamberton Autocare, who is highly respected in the town of Ayr, has over forty years experience in the motor trade. He is a member of the Institute of the motor industry & Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He Holds qualifications in Advanced Automotive Engineer and Engineering Technician. Through these respected bodies, he has also attained his HND in Automotive engineering and holds his apprentice workplace assessor certificate. Lamberton Autocare considers training to be a priority in maintaining customer's vehicles as they become more and more complex. He regularly updates his skills & knowledge through training courses & seminars, and boasts of being one of the first independent workshops to have in depth knowledge of the latest hybrid vehicles by attending The IMI & Honda led two day Hybrid Course at Motherwell College.
Robert, who is from Prestwick, has been with the firm since 2009 and began his career in the repair & servicing of commercial vehicles. He now enjoys the challenges associated with the modern light commercial & car, and has also attended a number of courses updating has own skills & knowledge.
Garry, our newest member of staff, joined the team in September 2010 and has proved to be an asset to the company. His career which started in the manufacturing side of the computer and aerospace industries, are a bit diverse from the motor trade, but serve him well in his change of direction. Garry who is currently undergoing training has also attended a number of seminars & courses.
